Today in the Orchard classroom the children made gingerbread houses. They had a lot of fun decorating the houses with candy!
Las Posadas Celebration
The Spanish class had a traditional Posada from Mexico with chocolate caliente, pastelitos and a piñata!
Practicing Gift Wrapping
Today in the Orchard classroom the children practiced their gift wrapping skills for the holiday season. We were busy wrapping different sized blocks. Then of course they got to open their gifts and practice their unwrapping skills!
Last Friday we had a very special visitor at our kindergarten class. Lily’s Fruhling grandmother Mrs Hernandez took us on a special adventure around Europe to Norway! Kids learn about Norwegian traditions, food and holidays. They listened to The Three Billy Goats Gruff story and enjoyed delicious Norwegian dessert. Sending you some pictures! Enjoy!
Reminder Winter Break starts this Friday, December 22, 2017. Classes will resume Tuesday, January 2, 2018. We hope everyone has a wonderful Winter Break and Holiday Season!

Today in the Orchard class the children made gingerbread men. Aside from decorating the gingerbread men, their favorite part seemed to be taking a turn to use the hand mixer. Of course eating them was equally as fun! :) I have attached some pictures for you to enjoy!
