Chirp Chirp!

Today was the birthday of 6 chicks so far. Our oldest chick was hatched last night and our 6th chick just hatched at 2:30pm. Some of the children actually were present when the baby chicks pecked their way out of the shell. They will remain in the incubator overnight and we are hoping for more chicks tomorrow.

We incubated 36 eggs in two incubators, but so far only one incubator has provided us with our baby chicks. We'll know more about the rest of the chicks when we come to school tomorrow.
