Occupation Week: Mrs. Fila (& Mr. Fila), Owners of Anthony Francos Restaurant & Pizzeria in
Yesterday's special guest for Occupation week was Mrs. Fila (Ella's mom). Mr. & Mrs. Fila are the owners of Anthony Francos Restaurant & Pizzeria in Paramus, as well as other locations in Bergen County.
Mr. Fila was kind enough to precook pizza dough and assemble the ingredients needed so that each child could create their own mini pizza to take home and bake.The children had a blast spreading their sauce and adding their cheese and pepperoni. The Fila family also brought in already cooked pizzas that the children could enjoy for snack.
